Data penelitian diperoleh melalui wawancara, studi dokumentasi, dan observasi. Melibatkan empat informan, penelitian menggunakan paradigma konstruktivisme dengan pendekatan deskriptif-kualitatif. Penelitian ini hendak mengetahui bagaimana pengelolaan kesan verbal dan nonverbal customer service Universitas Budi Luhur.
